Program description

European Wellness Institute (“EWI,” “we,” “us”) uses text messaging to communicate with patients and prospective patients about appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, care coordination, responses to inquiries, and service updates. Participation is entirely optional.

How you consent

By providing your mobile number on our website, on an intake or consent form, or verbally to a member of our staff, and by affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive text messages from EWI at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You should expect no more than 4 messages per month under normal circumstances, plus any transactional messages you request, such as appointment confirmations and reminders.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier, not from EWI. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further texts from us unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by contacting us using the details below.

Supported carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

We do not sell your information. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with, or sold to, third parties for their own marketing purposes.
